"Chris and Joe are on it! Signed up for home and auto insurance with Chris who found better rates than I previously had and with much better coverage. Called back today with a question (a real person answers the phone at this agency), and Joe proceeded to not hand it off and stepped in to handle my account as proficient as Chris. What's the chances in this day and age to find a place that the employees are on the same page with excellent work skills, clarity in communication, and excellent customer service?
